Master caterer John Tan gave the menu selection for our joint chapter meeting. Just a friendly reminder, don’t forget to bring your appetite, gift, and Christmas coat. You never know when the snow is coming!

Menu Selections
Roast Turkey with Mushroom Filling, Gourmet Sauce and Cranberry Jam
Assorted Vegetables and Tomatoes
Spicy Italian Olive Oil Penne Pasta
Bread Rolls
Fruit Cocktail with Nangka , Rambutans and Pineapples
Coffee, Tea, and Christmas Cake
